BACKGROUND

PT.TRANSPARAN KARYA INDONESIA (brand name Transparan Consulting) established on July 4th, 2024 by Mrs.Debbie Caroline Sianturi, an Industrial Engineer from Indonesia. She is a, eager learner for technology, human-life, interpersonal and building people mindset.

Indonesia is a huge country with natural resources and human resources. Unfortunately, Indonesian have weak to teach people in terms how to maintain the customer relations management (CRM), too relax and unable to work under pressure. Perhaps Indonesian still look for the acceptance and validation as human.

THE VISION

With the implication of democracy in Indonesia, the founder believes the human resources of Indonesia will be more qualified if they have opportunity to grow and keep resilience. And the investor or expatriates who interesting to work in Indonesia must get clear information regarding the government policy for foreigners.


THE MISSION

Through Transparan Consulting, founder have teamwork, and she gives guidance to the teamwork how to work and accomplish a job. Evaluation is essential to apply in any jobs so the teamwork will be able to measure their achievement, their capacity and their capability. 


BUSINESS STRATEGY

She always active to attend seminar in Indonesia and overseas to reach more people recognise her capacity and her capability. Not only word, the most important, Walk the Talks. Also, building network with government is essential to maintain the firm.


MILESTONES

In year 1994, she got award as the jingle ads builder from P3I.

In year 2021, she got award as Master Mentor SME from Ministry SME and Corporation.

In year 2023, she got the award as Ambassador HP Life after she accomplished the management courses for 32 units. This course is sustainable.


OUR PROJECT

As first client is National Electricity Power (PLN) and Trans Jakarta (the public transportation). And the Transparan Consulting consider grabbing the business autopilot.
