She is a, eager learner for technology, human-life, interpersonal and building people mindset. Indonesia is a huge country with natural resources and human resources. Unfortunately, Indonesian have weak to teach people in terms how to maintain the customer relations management (CRM), too relax and unable to work under pressure. Perhaps Indonesian still look for the acceptance and validation as human.
